Hone worked with First Light Studio on this multi-residential development in Mt Eden, Tāmaki Makaurau. The client’s aspirations were for a high amenity, low maintenance approach to appeal to the target demographic. Private courtyards extend from flexible ground floor living to provide intimate seating areas amongst a native planting setting.
